HOW IT WORKS

2. CHOOSE SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH
You can choose how many months you’d like to receive your BRAND’S, whether on an ongoing monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly basis. You can cancel when you like at any time.


3. LEAVE IT TO US, YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED
Your payment method is charged on the same date as your original order whether that's monthly, quarterly or every 6 months and your order processed in the usual way.
 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. MY EMAIL ISN'T RECOGNISED?
Your email isn't automatically recognised. You will need to create an account to be able to purchase on a subscription basis and have the ability to manage or amend your subscription.

2. HOW DO I AMEND MY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS?
To amend your subscription simply log in to your account and manage your subscription. You can amend product choice, quantity, address details or cancel your subscription altogether.

3. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return an item in its original unopened condition within 30 days for a refund excluding any postage and packing cost. A return will be at your own cost and then your subscription will be subsequently cancelled.

4. CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, by logging on to your account and under managing your subscriptions section. You will then be able to unsubscribe.

5. HOW ARE ITEMS PAID FOR?
Your original method of payment is charged on the date corresponding to your original order whether that's monthly, quarterly or every 6 months. You can change your method of payment at any time by managing your subscription.

6. WHEN ARE MY GOODS DELIVERED?
When cleared payment is received then your order will be processed in the normal way, goods in stock are usually despatched within 3 working days although as with all our orders you should allow 7 working days. You will be advised if any items are out of stock.

7. WHAT ABOUT PRICE INCREASES?
If we have to increase prices of our products due to economic conditions beyond our control, we will advise you of any increases and you then have the option to cancel your subscription. Any price increases won't affect the level of subscription discount you receive whether on a monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly basis.
